There is a great affirmative Power within every human form. There is an All-Knowing Presence within us that always says “Yes!” It is that something that has kept every man on the path toward some goal since the beginning of time. It is the power that fulfills our destiny, the spur to all progress.
Scripture tells us (in II Corinthians 1:17-20) that with a worldly man there is always Yes and No, but with God it is always Yes. (“The divine ‘yes’ has at last sounded in him, for in him is the ‘yes’ that affirms all the promises of God”
It is not your family or background, your education, opportunities, or the material wealth you have or do not have that will determine your destiny. It is what you believe to be true or false or in between. We are not fully aware of our involvement in the world we call ours. All is ours that we focus upon, intentionally or unintentionally, for all the power of the universe moves to make it so.
The law of life fulfills our desires, or it fulfills our worries and our fears. With God there is no distinction. The answer is always Yes. The choice is ours.
If you believe and say, “I am lonely, unhappy, poor” or “I am rich, vital, and fulfilled”, all power rushes to support your belief. All your fears are answered, but the longings of your heart are also answered. As you think, speak, and act, there is always this response. As you understand this mighty power and your use of it, you have the answer to your own life.
We are told to repent — and to repent, according to Webster, simply means to change one’s mind. Take time to examine your own mind and find the secret of life. Life is the realm of accepted thoughts, whether they are true or untrue. Each of us is the creator of his own environment, and unless we choose it there can be no change, for God always says Yes!
EXCELLENT!! Thank you!! JOI
